HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!From the first call / enquiry regarding numerous properties, the help, knowledge and advice was excellent, we had viewings confirmed the same day and they worked round our busy schedule, they definitely went above and beyond. When we made the offer we were told in less than an hour that it had been accepted even though it was out of office hours.Paul - MD and Dani were just amazing, super efficient and great communication all the way through the process!For anyone buying in the New Mills area they are definitely the best!!

My mother passed away last year and I was left to deal with her estate.I chose Sutherland Reay as their reputation in my area was growing fast and I had read some good reviews.Paul came to see me at Mums house and his personality and belief in what his company does inspired me. I felt welcomed and in safe hands.A few weeks later the house was on the market.The same day it was advertised I'd had three potential buyers looking at it, and by two days later the house was sold. No messing about, fantastic service with incredible results.
