As long distance purchasers, our experience has been very good throughout. The staff have consistently provided friendly, helpful and timely reponses to all of our requests and questions.The only reason we've not felt able to award 5 stars is due to the brochure/on-line description of the house which majored on the local environment and infrastructure but gave very little detail on the house and its fixtures.Consequently, being able to view the property we purchased before we were proceedable was a huge advantage to us as long distance buyers and was the key to securing our early offer. Allowing this was in marked contrast to many other agents in the area. A big thank you to all the staff in the Whaley Bridge office.

It was a pleasure to deal with all the staff at the Whaley Bridge office. Polite, courteous and responsive. Selling a home can be stressful at times so it was reassuring to know I had a good agent that can be relied upon. They also managed to secure a good price for the property which was a bonus.

As a buyer, I'm aware that Estate Agents are paid by the seller and as such have a primary obligation to the seller. However, I thought the entire team went the extra mile to make my experience pleasant too. They were responsive, professional and efficient, and above all, a happy smiling pleasure to work with!
