Breakfast in the cafe Heanor
The last 2 Sundays we have been for breakfast in the cafe.
Absolutely great service off Clare, really pleasant and helpful too. I was struggling and she helped me.

ps We went in ilkeston for breakfast the service was ok, but needs to take a leaf out Clare?s book to improve.

Closed an hour early at ten... said it was open online till 11. Still people in there but closed early. Outrage.

Went to cafe for coffee and cake ignored by member of staff on private phone call
Ordered coffee and cake only to be told cake I wanted was still frozen and the ones on display were for display only
Never heard of that before wont bother again

I often go to this store to collect deliveries. Maddie is an amazing member of staff who has excellent customer service skills. The store is lucky to have her working there.

I think, he's the manager of this Tesco branch but he's got a beard and cool hair. He has always made me feel so welcome and gone out his way to make my experience in Tesco really happy. Their is also a lovely lady with bright green hair who is just a ray of light and is always smiling no matter how much I see her working shifts!

WHAT'S THE POINT OF DOING YOUR SHOPPING WITH THE SCAN GUN, WHEN ONCE YOU GET TO THE TILL. A MEMBER OF STAFF HAVE TO RESCAN ALL OF YOUR SHOPPING. Shocking service.

Decided to call in to the cafe for a quick bite to eat before heading off down south to stay with friends. Bad idea. It's taken an hour since we walked through the door and we still haven't been served with our food. Over half an hour waiting to place our order. We've had our drinks a long time ago and still haven't been fed.
It's really not acceptable to be kept waiting for so long. What on earth are the staff doing? It's not even that busy.
Never again. Terrible ?
