Ordered food never arrived tried calling the restaurant it was like the phone was being diverted not even ringing! Absolutely disgusting customer service how this place is still open is unreal.!!!

Pre-booked for 4 people no table ready so separated table and smashed vase in process and did not clean it up. Food service really slow and did not provide all main course ordered. We asked where other dishes were and she went to check, did not come back to us, so 10 minutes later we asked one of the younger waitresses who went to check. The first waitress came back and said it was sent to wrong table and would reorder....... all other 'mains' had gone so we declined paid and left. No apology.

Not one for writing reviews but after reading some of the reviews on here I nearly didn't go to Noble House but as Id heard it had new managers in I thought I would give it a go. I am really pleased I did as the food and service was absolutely first class. The all you can eat menu is really well priced and the mixed platter starter followed by crispy duck was about all i could handle. If you haven't been in the last couple of weeks please give this restaurant a go I don't think you will be disappointed.

One year ago my husband and I had previously collected a takeaway and both commented on how friendly and polite the lady at the counter was and what a nice atmosphere the restaurant had. Well, last night we decided to dine there.....we were the first people in there but got served the last, due to a couple of regulars coming in.... when we came to order I asked what they could recommend as a vegan starter. I was told that I could only have the seaweed. (We wasn't allowed to order our complete meal, only one course at a time). The waiter told us we have to have starter, then something from the meat section and then a side..Red flag). Bearing in mind I also said I was vegan. The seeweed arrived on my husband's meat dish, with fish shavings!! My husband asked for a separate serving of seaweed for me. When it arrived it tasted like sugar. My husband said his chicken dish was all bone and gristle. The waiter, who i believe to also be the cook, was abrupt didn't listen to our dietary requests and continued to put us last in pecking order! We asked the waiter if was the new owner of the restaurant and he snapped that he was. Very rude, very unprofessional. If you enjoyed Fawlty Towers go experience it for yourself. It cost us £64 in total. If I could've run fast enough I'd have legged it

It's my birthday and order a Chinese usually lovely beautiful food but this time I order through just eat at around 7.45 and it took till 10 past 10 to come cold and over cooked. I rang over 10 times for them to be rude and for them to ignoee me I'm absolutely devastated as iv wasted 45 pound for it to be wasted. DO NOT ORDER FROM NOBBLE HOUSE.

Had a takeaway from here tonight via Uber eats. Was delicious as always. We ordered ahead of time and asked for a 6 to 6.30 delivery slot. The restaurant called and politely asked if we'd mind receiving it a little earlier as they had another delivery in our area, I'm sure a lot of places would've just sent it early without checking. We were fine with it and the food was awesome. Best Chinese takeaway in the area. Have heard great things about the restaurant too so will definitely be visiting soon! 5*!

Won?t be coming again, the male waiter was ever so rude, I didn?t feel comfortable or welcome coming here I came alone with my child, he spoken to me terrible and as I was ordering food he was rude and basically told me I was greedy because I ordered 3 dishes for our main to share. Never felt so shocked to be in a restaurant and be dealt with this way. Never again.
