It makes perfect sense why these are the only place open after 11pm in Heanor. I ordered a pizza, my bus being a good 20mins away, they took my money, and I stood outside to wait. There were no other customers or orders to fill. I was joined by the chef who'd come outside for a fag, whilst the other staff sat inside and looked at their phones. I went in after 10mins to check on my order. Someone shouted from the back that "It's coming." The chef then rejoined the shop, went behind the counter, then started making my pizza. I couldn't believe it. By this time, my bus was about 3mins away, and I had to ask him to take my pizza out of the oven, whatever state it was in, or I'd miss my last bus. I then had to sprint for my last bus, and, by some miracle, the driver had stopped for a break. This place lacks knowledge of food, any sort of customer service, and common decency. If you have any respect for your money, your time, or yourself, do not under any circumstances go to this bunch of con artists. Go hungry.

Ordered a donner meet and sheesh and the sheesh was absolutely horrible and for what we paid it wasn?t worth it at all the portion size was disappointing , the only good thing we got was the spicy fries

Absolutely disgusting service! Ordered a chicken and Donna kebab and fries ? when it came I opened it to dry Donna meat that you wouldn?t even feed your dog. not even attempted to eat it, I rang the shop to be told they will bring me another one ? they have closed and not brought me any more food! Absolutely disgusted in the service

Ordered two large donner kebab definitely not large at all, more nan bread then donner. Also Ordered a donner cob waste of money nothing in the cob meat wise. Garlic bread was over done and burnt.The only good things was the chips.DO NOT ORDERED FROM HERE WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!

Food came cold. Rang to inform them, told I was lying. Apparently the ?manager? was the young lady on the phone who takes the orders.Customer lost will never eat here again. Very poor.

Ordered 2 chicken kebabs and a portion of cheesy chips. They called us a ?taxi? that charged us a fortune. Opened the food to find 3 portions of chips, 2 had a little bit of chicken underneath. We?ve both been ill since.
