Service is terrible. 1 staff member on. Have to wait ages for food to be cooked, ready and to be served at the counter. I hadn't touched this chippy in years since the big change. But started getting the mini fish and chips for £4 as it was a good price. Today they sold me a moldy cob. I had mini fish and chips from there a week ago. Chips very dry. Won't be going back

I ring up to make an order for collection to be told u can?t do that as the food stopped at 9pm well tell me this then crest of the wave why on earth advertise your open till 11pm was better when last owner had it !! Not happy about this sort it out !!!!

What on earth happened
Used to be great this place
Awful customer service now and as for the food, just don't bother.
I asked a check wrap and chips with salad.
No salad only mayo and that took 3 times of asking
And I ended up with a cheap and awful battered chicken burger cut into pieces to make my chicken wrap
The chips were half ok but not really cooked properly and were soggy
Really odd how it's also an off license and general shop too
They need to focus on just being a chippy again

They charge £15 for delivery and you have to spend a minimum of 20

Used to be the best chip shop around. Now food seems like a small side business. They?re more concerned with selling booze and the staff are rude and I wouldn?t give the food to the dog

Just went in today, Thursday the 12th at around 2pm and the girl with blonde hair behind the counter had 0 customer service skills. Said nothing to me, just looked at me, made me feel very awkward. After standing there for a bit not being acknowledged I just left. Definitely won't be bothering again.

My grandchildren fetched a meal for three of us on Friday it was 4sausage/fish cake /family box of chips/gravy curry sauce and mushy peas came to £15+-the chips were awful had all them black eyes in them nearly threw them all away what a waste...
