Have swapped from using Ilkeston Aldi to using Aldi in Heanor after having multiple negative experiences at Ilkeston Aldi. Heanor?s aldi is spacious and always well-stocked, the staff are so friendly (very different to my experience at Ilkeston). Additionally, it?s usually pretty quiet at the times we shop, and aisles aren?t often blocked by staff stocking the shelves. I?d definitely recommend this store to anyone. Also handy that it is part of a retail park so can nip to other shops if needed when nearby.

Loads of free parking, well stocked shop for all fresh, freezer & larder food. Cleaning items. Interesting buys on central areas. Plants outside not great. Fresh flowers poor on this occasion. But I don't shop here for those items. Just sad to see dead and wasted plants outside...not a good look or example of the quality of items inside.

Pretty pissed off with Aldi!!!
I was unaware that they have reduced the amount of free parking time from 90 minutes to 60 minutes.

Larger store space than other Aldis I've been to which was good, picked up more middle aisle stuff than I'm usually able to but some food items just weren't in stock at time of visiting which was the only negative

Clean tidy and had everything i needed. Was very impressed. A till was opened up for us so we didn't have to queue. Having recently switched from.online deliveries to shopping in store it was a pleasant surprise.
