Pleasant stop on the trail and the girl serving was friendly and efficient. However, the food was dreadful and expensive. Bacon cob was a simple roll with bacon which was pre cooked then microwaved to near biscuit texture before serving, barely edible. Had high hopes but disappointed.

Welcome rest stop. The hot chocolate with marshmallows & creme is top rate. Didn?t sample the food but it looked first class. The staff were really friendly.

Best ever scotch egg and sausage rolls! The gluten free cappuccino cake was also excellent. A warm welcome from Sue and Kevin on the Tissington Trail and much needed sustenance. Take Kevin's advice and have the scotch egg warm-it's divine! All locally sourced and made.

We did the walk to parsley Hay today, looked on this website to make sure it was open , the opening time said open till 4pm, the place was completely locked up, apart from toilets, please update your opening times, this just isn't on. There wasn't even a notice informing the public when it would be open disgusting really .

Very well placed visitor centre . Large parking area (£4.75 all day). Toilets (FOC) and seating outside so you can refresh yourself before your walk and after!!!!!!! Competitively priced snacks and drinks.

Great little stop off with amazing views. The food was beautifully made, fresh and very yummy, I Lots of choice for everyone, i recommend the Bakewell slice mmmm. ?A big shout out to the two fantastic staff members inside the food kiosk. They were very helpful, extremely cheery, always smiling and very polite. The amazing service was very quick, we all had some amazing hot chocolates with all the trimmings lol and we ate our food on the benches right outside overlooking the wonderful view. Very relaxing, peaceful and great value for money. Will definitely be going back again.

Good coffee, and great bacon and sausage cobs. Friendly stop off and also next to a cycle hire and shop, and a great view.
