I received fantastic customer service yesterday when I went to pick up some heavy bathroom tiles, which I felt nervous about lifting. On arrival, an assistant immediately asked if I needed help and then asked her colleague to help lift them onto the trolley and into my car. A big thank you to Harry on his first day for helping a customer in need - it was much appreciated!

It's really good on price and availability. They have a new £4 delivery charge and mostly next day delivery. The staff are always happy to serve you and help if you are not sure.

Awful experience.
Purchased two bathrooms from their design and installation service, and it was a disaster.
The sales process was smooth, but as soon as it was paid, the challenges begun.
The installers didn't have the design, the entirely wrong parts were sent with incorrect sizes, and any communications are referred away from the store to a centralised team that don't respond to calls/emails.
What was supposed to be a one-week installation was over 5 weeks.
Do not buy a bathroom/kitchen through them!

Picked 3 sheets of 2400x600x25mm polystyrene clearly priced up £3.50 instead of £7.50 due to top edges broken took them to the till and was told they were £7.00 each when I questioned it they said that price was for sheets broken in half but the sign clearly stated top edge damage a member of staff then went and removed the sign.Maybe I should have snapped them in half at the till. To conclude I left without them I also left the £35 masonry paint that I originally went for your loss . B&Q,s gain thanks for the reply unfortunately I'm not on social media sites so cannot post

Went to wickes the other and the young man who served me reuban was so helpful and polite as I didn't know where to find to find my item. Brilliant service highly recommend going there.
