Called into Timpsons in Glossop last Monday 10th March to have 5 keys cut.
The guy that served us on this day was fab, friendly and very helpful.
Phoned me yesterday as promised within the timescale that my keys were available for collection.
I called in today 15th March to collect the guy that served me was not so nice, very opinionated and was basically a know it all!! informed me I had got a great deal on these keys and I should have been paying another £20 because the first guy had charged me wrong I explained to him the first guy had told me there was an offer on these keys and he worked out the price based on this I think £119.00 was very expensive anyway for 5 keys.
Then the guy went on to say if I order 5 keys again perhaps the five people should pay for their own... he needs to keep his opinions to himself and take a leaf from the first guy that served me on Monday..and be helpful and friendly. The review for the second guy is two stars ? ? only and let's Timpsons down in Glossop badly his appearance is not good either.!!

Thankyou Stuart for your help and advice today when I came in for my dog tags. The engraving was speedy and delivered with a smile ! An excellent service, I won?t hesitate to use Timpson , Glossop again.

Nipped in on the off chance they change car key batteries and they do ! Done within a few minutes and didn?t cost the earth. Great service, very friendly, will return if services are needed for anything else.

Very poor service. I ordered a memorial plaque for a bench which was ruined by the weather within a few weeks. Clearly not fit for purpose. I?ve been calling into the store weekly since early January to resolve this and am just being ignored. Then escalated to online contact and heard nothing back from them either. Timpsons usually get very good reviews and customer service but this has been dreadful customer service. Each time I go into the store the same member of staff promises to sort this out and promises to call me. I am just being fobbed off, clearly. Would not use again!

Walked in to change a battery in a wrist watch. And after asking for the service and a fair amount of thinking on the other side of the counter have been told £35. What a laugh.Later I have had the battery changed at timpsons in Trafford for 12 pounds.
