I called in and made an appointment with a nice helpful lady.I tried to ring twice yesterday and sent a message online - no response. Rang today and left a voicemail no reply.No one contacted me today to see why I had not turned up for my appointment.

The most amazing customer service I?ve ever experienced, all the girls are so friendly and welcoming, and all their work is performed to the highest quality, this salon doesn?t get enough credit, by far the best in glossop! The girls work so so hard and are perfectionists, I?ve never left the salon with a bad word to say because their work is just outstanding! My favourite salon! Easy booking system (through website or social media), amazing and friendly staff and to top it all off my lashes (both my Lash lift AND when I?ve had extensions) have lasted up to 6 weeks! The best place to go if you?re looking for a gorgeous, long lasting set of lashes (as well as many other treatments) and a lovely chit chat with the talented beauticians??Highly highly recommend x

The most unprofessional experience in the world. When your lash tech had cancelled on you twice and doesn?t make and effort to rearrange! The second time she cancelled it was for her to go on a last minute holiday!!! When she knew so many of us needed ours doing for our holiday. Incredibly selfish behaviour as she just cancelled for the whole week so it?s affected so many people. I?ve never experienced so much unprofessionalism in my life.Guess it?s a good think I?m better than her at beauty?
