I had a full bathroom designed and fitted from here. Everything was explained, started on time and finished on time.

We had a plumber recommended from 1Stop install a bath tub and shower screen. It was incorrectly fitted (the bathtub not level) and as a result the shower screen leaked and the water slid down the side of the panels and under our flooring resulting in the floor lifting. I got In touch with 1Stop and they sent another plumber to us. He arrived early July and said bath was not fitted level and the screen was cut incorrectly so the bathroom needed drying out and a new screen re-ordered and he would return in a week. The plumber has not returned nor returned our 5x follow up messages since. We now have half our bath tub sitting in our hallway and the plumber ghosting us.
Avoid 1Stop like the plague!

Went in yesterday with a problem shower drain ,had broken bits and photos as plumbing is not my thing at all . They helped me out and told me how to repair and supplied all parts etc. brilliant service just like to say thank you

The guys at 1 Stop Plumbing are always super friendly and helpful. Quite often they will suggest a much cheaper solution, or even just give free advice. Their prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing requirements.

Poor customer service and no communication. I have had to chase up my booking from the start, only to now be told work cannot start until October when I had previously been told it would be July. I am taking my business elsewhere!

Big shout out for the guys at 1 Stop Plumbing. Two years ago they did a great job fitting out our bathroom and in early December our shower screen shattered into thousands of pieces. They were immediately extremely helpful and secured and fitted a new screen free of charge before Xmas. Thank you so much for this superb service

Went in for something so simple but I had no idea what I needed, the guy I spoke to was extremely helpful and knew what I needed, also explained how to do what I needed and demonstrated for me on some spare stock and let me take a video!!
