After a recent episode with my eyes I went to glossop specsavers, the whole staff was brilliant but Hannah was truly amazing and put me at ease over my vision, I couldn't recommend Hannah enough even though she told me to have a second pressure test which I absolutely hate

?I had a great experience at Specsavers Glossop The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the optician carried out a very thorough eye test. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt well looked after throughout. They also helped me find the perfect pair of glasses without any pressure. Excellent service ? I?d highly recommend them.?

I contacted specsavers to make an appointment after experiencing dizzy spells. I was offered an appointment for the same day. I arrived at the shop and was greeted straight away by a member of staff, really friendly. After a a couple of minutes I was greeted by the Optometrist. Also really friendly. My check was changed to a full eye test, everything was explained clearly. I was given a new contact lense prescription to try for a week. I did not have to wait a few days they were available the same day.
Really nice staff, quick appointment time, efficient, resolved quickly and would recommend to anyone.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this store in my local town for both an eye test and the purchase of new glasses. The service was fantastic from start to finish. I am very happy and will be using them in the future!

Great Opticians.. Paul is the best for an eye test, very patient. I never feel rushed and my prescription lenses are spot on. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Cannot fault any of the staff. Ryan is so helpful with pricing and deal information ( most recently Callum helped with pricing and fitting and he was great too). I wouldn't go anywhere else.

When I went to Specsavers looking to buying a new pair of glasses was helped by Ryan who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the glasses I picked, when I picked them up I was helped by Naz who fitted and aligned them for me they both made the whole experience very easy, well worth the buy.

Absolute first class service. Only went in for an eye test for my works medical. Found other problems. 3 months later, have gone from wearing glasses at all times, to now only needing readers. Can't praise them enough.
