This Restaurant has changed? We have visited several times with family previously. On the 30th December 23 we visited again and felt the food, though OK, the service was incredibly odd. We felt the staff were under the kosh to perform at breakneck speed and were literally barking orders at us to pass plates which were constantly being whisked away at break neck speed. In short, the service was abysmal and ruined our family New Year celebration. We won?t be going back!

Ordered a new new years eve takeaway (£56), ordered at 6.30. After 3 hrs called (accepted its was new year so would take longer) and they said would be delivered soon, the meal never arrived. Absolutely discrasefull service, if they carnt manage a delivery service then they shouldn't offer one.

We've been to Ruchi several times now and have always enjoyed it. The service from the moment you walk in is outstanding. The waiting staff go above and beyond to make your dining experience run smoothly. The food is amazing best Indian food for miles. Would highly recommend it.

Delivery 2 hours wait, missing items, freezing cold, no interest when you try and speak on the phone honestly give it a miss

Incredible! Service was amazing, staff were wonderful and food was beyond good. The only drawback is that, since it is a 10/10 spot, it can get *busy*, and a little noisy at peak times. But so great, would always recommend!

My Naga curry was really tasty & hot.Service was good but a little rushed, it was Saturday night and they were busy.Nice big Venu. Would have given five stars but the curry portions are small, Ave also noticed this when you get a takeaway half full.Curry is expensive now, so people don't want to open their take out to find it half full of sauce, that's why we buy curry..The sauce?

Ordered takeaway for 5 people, around 10 different currys on the menu and spend almost 100£ and every single dish had just no flavour at all. I have never tasted such a bland food in my life. Not recommended at all

Simply love this restaurant thd food is 1st class plus take aways are just the same are as eating in I only visit now on my visits to Glossop but would not go anywhere else ??

Lovely food and good customer service. The food was that nice I went back the next day and tried something different. Had a chilli massalla and it was flavoursome and hot and my son had the tikka massalla which he loved.Pricewise you can't complain as you get discount if you pick up. Would definitely be my choice of Indian if I ever visit glossop again.

Service was fantastic , they accommodated all of our needs and even brought out the cake we provided , adding candles and putting on a birthday song which was a lovely surprise. The food was so tasty and served beautifully . It?s such a great overall experience at the restaurant and would highly recommend .
