Unfortunately turned up with my 81 yr old mum at 3.02pm, yes the bank closed at 3pm but people were still being served inside the branch and nobody else was behind us, I rang the bell and asked if my mum could do a bank transfer, explaining she?s terminally ill and it took us a bit longer to get there with her on her walking stick (good and bad days for going out), I was met with a stern apology but they closed 2mins earlier! I understood that and wouldn?t have rang the doorbell but when they?ve not finished serving inside and couldn?t do one more quick bank transfer, Fuming!! Very poor personal service Glossop, you?ve now lost more footfall as I?m now talking her into online banking, but she?s previously been loyal to going in branches thinking it keeps them open and people in jobs!! Just as NatWest is closing its branch I?d have thought you?d want to keep your loyal customers!

tried for over a week to ring and make an appointment to talk to someone, but can not get anyone, always says were busy only stay on the line if its an emergency,
