Unfortunately turned up with my 81 yr old mum at 3.02pm, yes the bank closed at 3pm but people were still being served inside the branch and nobody else was behind us, I rang the bell and asked if my mum could do a bank transfer, explaining she’s terminally ill and it took us a bit longer to get there with her on her... read full comment
