Asked for a sausage bun but got a sausage roll.
Also had no bacon. WTH!
This ruined my Saturday morning
Atmosphere 2 star as Christmas music was fun however it?s too early imo.

I love this greggs store. Met my wife here she was buying sausage rolls, we are both a happy oversized couple that are passionate about food. I get 4 sausage rolls each day for both of us. Thank you so much greggs.

food was splendid but the customer service was awful. a worker with long black hair and a fringe as i walked in gave me a dirty look and rushed mine and my friends order (paris longmate).

I visit greggs at least once or twice a week I have a Cheese baguette or a pasty barm cake it's a wigan/bolton thing I have never ever up and down the country been refused one I have had them look at me a bit strange or tell me they have not had any training in this but never told no sir we don't do that and will not do that until today !I asked the shop worker for a cheese Baguette she replied we have none ok I said I will have a cheese pasty on a barm cake she refused point blank I said I have had them up and down the country I have never ever had anyone to tell me no they wont do this ! I asked for a loyalty card to tell me they don't do them any more I explained it keeps logging me out or when I go into a greggs when I try to open it says updating so its not reliable my pasties were cold stone cold I wasn't asked if I would like them cold or warm I presumed they would be hot ! My hot chocolate was like brown hot water, not a pleasant experience to repeat again !I do hope that you will be able to sort this out and look forward to hearing from you many thanks.roisin.currie &michelle.dobson informed.
