Exceptional customer service
Paige who works in glossop Argos went above and beyond to help me with my dilomena
I was returning an expensive item and couldn't locate the email receipt
Paige logged on and after alot off searching she located the email
Very friendly polite and professional service
The fault was my own and she didn't give up trying
Excellent service and customer care
Paige is an asset to the company and store
Hope she will get recognition for her customer service as she definitely deserves it
Can't fault her care and compassion

Had an amazing customer service experience from the manager and Beverly and reece. They went above and beyond with advice on something I was clueless on, set me up with my extra insurance pack too. Very friendly team.

Purchased a cool bag from Glossop Argos.
Decided to return item as was not big enough.
Item was bought in clearance so was not in original packaging.
We have been in this store today to return the bag and was met by extremely rude members of staff who accused my wife of using it!
This has really upset her.
On inspecting the inside of the bag it looks used but not by us.!!!!!!
This was clearly sold to us in this state!!!
I have escalated this matter as a formal complaint.
We were regular customers of this store as we live locally but will never use again.
I would rate ZERO if review would let me.

Great local store that is easily accessible and never too busy. Each time I?ve been there the staff have always been super friendly and helpful and the vibe given is that of a really happy workplace. The service from ordering to collection is super easy and fast and they also do same day delivery which is also a bonus.

Terrible customer service in the store when returning an item.
One girl said, this isnt try and buy shop, another said she will refund on this occasion but only cos it?s £30!
