The garden centre is good but the cafe menu is very disappointing. No vegetarian breakfast, extremely limited choice for vegetarian meals, no vegan choices, unhealthy children's menu, and no carrot cake.

ordered a small and large milkshake, asked not for cream and marshmallows as don't like either, when arrived both were half full and warm, milk left on the side in very hot weather is not ideal, hadn't got time to complain but wasn't impressed

Dreadful food, ordered a portion of chips and received a tiny portion with scrappy chips, overpriced and not even cooked properly. My partners toasted tea cake was cold and dry. Not worth the money

If you have any taste buds, don?t expect them to be tingled by this place. Bland, poor quality and awkward customer service at the tills. The place feels like the canteen of an oap residence and furniture/style is dated. Really disappointed after reading so many positive reviews.

We have been for breakfast twice now which where so good staff where lovely and I changed my order as I do not like hash browns . We took a piece of cake home and they where very fresh well worth a visit.

I visited here today for a Mother's Day afternoon tea with my Mum and we were delighted with it. There was a lovely variety of sweet and savory treats. The scones especially were so light and delicious. Service was great. We thought it was planned out really well to have the Mother's Day afternoon tea tables set up in one section of the tearoom separated from other walk-in tables as it made it much easier for staff to provide service to us, offering refills of tea and coffee, especially with how busy it was. I've visited here a couple of times before for lunch with my Mum but this was the first afternoon tea that we've tried here. The food is always fresh and staff are always friendly. It's safe to say we'll definitely keep visiting here!

Popped into the Boffy TeaRooms again, today, whilst visiting the Garden Centre. They sell fabulous Bacon Cobs! The Staff, as usual, were brilliant. Very welcoming and friendly, especially Reece. She is so bubbly and an expert Log burner Stoker!

Food and service is always first rate. I have to say though that a single small nob of butter with a jacket potato is ridiculous. Unfortunately if you want more, you'll be charged. Disappointing.
