Awful experience today. My daughter was kicked in the face by the daughter of a member of staff. My issue however is not that this happened it's the events that followed And the unprofessionalism of the staff on duty. The partner of the employee (little girls mum) was screaming and shouting and pointed in the face of another customer being aggressive in my opinion in the middle of the play centre because he made a comment about her child been naughty ( which she was in my opinion). She then proceeded to stand over myself and my daughter shouting after I pointed out the bruise on my daughters face. I'm sure under normal circumstances staff members would step in to diffuse the situation and the lady would probably have been asked to leave but this was not the case. I can only assume because she is related to a member of staff who was on duty at the time. Instead it was allowed to happen which left myself and other customers uncomfortable, feeling the need to leave. A grown moman should not behave like this especially Infront of a room full of children. And your employees should not have allowed this to happen. Not a single member of staff checked my child(3) was ok, which she wasn't!! She was dragged along the floor and kicked in the face an inch from her eye! Your staff were more concerned with talking to this "woman" afterwards who they clearly know rather than checking on my daughters wellbeing!

Recently started bringing my 2 year old twin boys here. This is the first play centre ive felt really comfortable and not overwhelmed. The frame is perfect for little ones and you can see them at all times. Perfect you can eat in the centre and always a really nice welcoming man at the tills. Ive bought the monthly pass for the boys as they always enjoy their time here and weve started coming a lot more frequently. Thanks guys

Lovely place, Georgia served us on the bar and was so funny and great conversation, she was very accommodating and polite, recommending different options off menus when things were not available, Deffinetely Manager level in my opinion, She held very high regard for the resturant. Will definitely be returning. Thank you!

Just really good value for money, friendly service. We go here every week , this meal was New Year?s Day with family, I can honestly say a lovely tasty hot meal, served promptly by friendly and very busy staff. Nothing was too much trouble.

Took the grandchildren to the soft play attached to the pub. We were looked after very well by Dan , the food and service were very good and we will certainly be going again . Thanks Dan.

Well situated. Visit 2 to 3 nights a week. Visit 2 to 3 times a week as a couple and with friends. Good value

We use Wacky Warehouse regularly.Tonight's visit is to the Chequers.Usual great play area, good food and excellent service. Special mention tonight for the staff member running the place single handed. That's a big ask dealing with marauding children!Despite a huge workload this staff member was cheery attentive and hard working!15 out of 10!

So I recently had stomach surgery and haven't been out with family for quite some time. I was very apprehensive about eating out for the first time and unfortunately there wasn't much I could eat on the menu if anything. I explained my situation and the manager and chef agreed to make me scrambled egg and toast off menu. I was only able to manage less than half of it but I am so grateful for their accommodations. Thank you checkers.
