Incompetent and unprofessional. Had booked an appointment for a blood pressure check only to be told when I got there that the pharmacist was unavailable to do this.Had taken time off work so was really annoyed. The receptionist at the GP suggested I go to Peak Pharmacy on Green Lane. Was doubtful I would be seen to but pleased to report pharmacist did the needful straight away.Will definitely avoid, if I can, to visit Lloyds Pharmacy in future. Will go to Peak's instead

Not very helpful, I got huffed at and told I should have ordered my prescription at least two weeks in advance, every other pharmacy in the area sort it quite happily the same day

The worst customer experience Ive ever had in my life. Initially I thought the staff was over worked. This would be why they keep losing my prescriptions and making me wait weeks after ordering essential medication. I once went in to collect a prescription to be told they've not had anything and I should check at the Doctor next door. Which I did, the receptionist at the Doctor assured me it had definitely gone through. so I went back to the chemist, had to QUEUE UP AGAIN and when I got to the front the woman then said let me just check on the computer and said ohh we have got it. Why on earth did she not check the computer the first time? I then had to wait 40 minutes. I have now switched to peak pharmacy, the longest i have to wait when I send a prescription isn't 1 week, isn't 2 weeks... its 10 minutes!! I is now apparent that the problem with this Lloyds Pharmacy isn't the volume of work, it isn't that its busy and it isn't anything to do with their systems. Its that the staff there really are that stupid and incompetent.

Appears to be closed more often than open and when it is open under staffed and prescription never ready and told to come back in 30 minutes.Avoid.

The worst pharmacy I have ever had dealings with, working in a gp admin role and as someone who collects prescriptions for my elderly father.Prescriptions are never ready and the staff are really not interested, one in particular is quite rude and clearly only there because she can't retire yet.

avoid this place! They cannot cope with the volume of prescriptionrequests; they seem to have trouble getting pharmacists in and so have to close. Not open Saturdays. Did not like being told it was my fault for not ordering meds early enough - I have managed it ok for 30-odd years! Am going elsewhere.

Awful pharmacy. Staff more interested in talking about last nights Corrie. Prescritions are never ready in time even though I order well in advanced. They always give me a note that they owe me medication as well and act like they are doing me a favour. Like I have time to go into Dronfield every 5 minutes waiting for incompetent staff to count me a few pills. Useless hope they close.

This is the worst chemist I have ever used. The staff appear to be more interested in talking between themselves, rather than getting on with the job for which they are paid. If anyone uses this chemist be prepared for a long wait, you may also be disappointed if you attempt to contact this business by telephone, you will be lucky to get a reply.

It?s very frustrating in here, I appreciate they?re very busy but prescriptions are never ready even my most recent, ordered over a week before, plus some of my prescribed items still out of stock. Although they offer a flu jab, none are actually available whether booking online, or as the app now suggests for walk-ins either.
