I was a big fan, but standards have fallen significantly. Less than a week on from a free set (following a terrible job-see pics) and I don?t have a single nail that?s not chipped, peeled or cracked. Such a shame because their pedicures are fab but I will be returning to my old salon with my tail between my legs

Had French manicure. Asked for Biab Gel on booking, but told would have to be acrylic (nails maybe not long enough? Couldn?t really understand what the guy said) however, went ahead. Nails are nice but thick. Pretty average overall. Expensive at £43.
