The assistant who served me today when collectioning my on line order was friendly & helpful, however returning an item was aweful. The assistant didn't smile once whilst serving the previous customer or myself & only spoke when needed, it was though it was to much trouble for her to deal with customers returns.
This is not the level of service I expect from any store - staff should be re trained to be reminded of appropriate standards of customer interaction.

Such a horrible experience I had in this store never visiting again as been falsely accused!!! Don't go here for exchanges or refund I'm telling you!! Wish I had head office number to explain, likely to get police involved an take the manager in this store to court then jail!!

I went to Zara today and bought several items with a 40% discount, but one was mistakenly charged at full price. This forced me to make an unnecessary second trip back to the store and pay for parking again. When I spoke to customer service around 4:20pm, the staff member was rude and dismissive, without offering any apology. I was shocked by the lack of basic courtesy. Very disappointing experience.

Very poor customer service at Zara Derby (14 June, 1:15 PM)
I visited the store to return an online order where Zara had sent me the wrong size. Although I had already raised the return in the app, I wanted to return it in-store to save time. The young black lady that served me refused and insisted I had to send it via courier ? even though the mistake was Zara?s.
The staff member then proceeded to call me ?defensive? when I calmly explained the situation, and that in fact she was being rude. She then turned to her colleague and said, ?I wasn?t rude, was I?? - Speaking about me as if I wasn?t even there.
She also refused to give her name when I asked.
I left feeling embarrassed, belittled, and completely unsupported by this staff member?s very antagonistic behaviour and public display.
This is not the level of service I expect from a major brand - staff should be reminded of appropriate standards of customer interaction, especially when the issue was not my fault.
Extremely disappointing experience.

I visited today and was really impressed with the selection of clothes. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the customer service. Specifically, I found the behavior of one of your staff members, a young Black lady, to be quite disappointing. She was not only rude but also seemed to lack basic manners and professionalism. I felt disrespected throughout my visit, which made the overall shopping experience much less enjoyable.
I understand that everyone can have an off day, but it's important for all customers to feel welcomed and valued. I hope you can address this situation, as it does not reflect the standard I would expect from your store.

I went to purchase something around 1pm today on 30/09/24 and was treated with the worst customer service I have received in a long while. The person who served me was a young black lady in her 20?s. Terrible attitude. Not a nice experience leaving a store feeling not nice. Will avoid from now on.

such high prices for quality worse than primark ? the sizing is way off and the staff look genuinely depressed. When being served they all look like they would rather be shot than serve customers with a smile. Respectfully x
