Avoid these at all costs. They're painfully slow both in processing medication orders and assisting customers in-store. Instead of prioritising service, the staff seem more interested in chatting amongst themselves. To make matters worse, the pharmacist disappears for lunch, leaving customers without access to medication.

Slowest pharmacy for prescriptions. Always take days (gp sent it over Wednesday, i?m collecting on Monday and still isn?t ready). When you go to collect the pharmacy is never in. They expect you to just come back later that day. To only be told they?ve been busy and it still isn?t ready!

Our Doctor requested a prescription last Friday for antibiotics , its Monday now and the script has only just been done , when I phoned them they said it was in the 24 hr machine ,(it wasn't when I phoned earlier) the assistant I spoke to didn't hang the phone up and proceeded to moan to other sales assistants about the fact that I had phoned. VERY RUDE.

If getting your medication on time is important DO NOT use this pharmacy.As a Kidney transplant patient for over 20 years I have a lot of experience in using different pharmacies. The dispensing time and communication from this pharmacy is the worse I've encountered.Receiving a prescription on a Wednesday and not having it ready until the following Monday is not acceptable.Not telling the patient and leaving them without medication over the weekend is even more inconceivable.Then when I call to raise a compliant you simply defend this poor service. It is simply shocking.

Went to pick up a pre ordered prescription for my wife, the lady behind the screen gave me some grief about how the Dr's send 500 prescriptions at a time and they wouldn't be able to deal with it. She was definitely of the can't do variety of customer service. I don't really care about their internal management I just need a can do response. If you can't stand the heat etc... My wife had an operation two days ago after a long painful wait so it's been a traumatic and nervous time anyway without grief from a shop worker. At the end of the day she took a box from a shelf put it in a bag and put a sticker on it. Such a stressful job lol.

Very rude dispenser I just said excuse me to hand over my late fathers tablets and he rudely pointed to the counter and grunted go there! I walked out very upset!

I go here to collect a sensitive script, and I must say this is one of the finest pharmacies I have EVER used. It is well organised, the staff are SO lovely, I cannot fault them one bit in how they have been with me. They really have made the extra effort with me. I have high functioning Autism, and they are so understanding of this, even on my bad days, which I don't have so many of now, they have been there for me. Thank you, thank you so much for your time and care x

Pharmacist goes on lunch 1-2pm which all well and good but that?s also the time lots of other people have their lunch breaks so can?t now get what I need. Just another example of essential medical services getting harder and harder to access.
