Really poor customer service. Let me down with a home delivery booked online 2 days before. Tracking information inaccurate and communication awful. Order cancelled - will go elsewhere in future.
Update from earlier review left Friday. Still waiting for them to start my credit today (Monday) as they claim it was delivered by City Sprint last Friday which it certainly was not. Rang the 0330 1234123 number and wasted 30 minutes on the phone holding for a lady in South Africa to call the Derby store. She said no credit would be raised until it had been investigated by the Derby Store as they said it had been delivered. Farcical really when the goods have never even left them in the first place. Over the weekend I sent an email complaint which no one has responded to and now I am wasting time chasing a credit for over £100 that is owed to me for goods I have never had. Rang the Derby store to be told the only person who can raise credits is the Manager who is on lunch and he will have to investigate first. The lady I spoke to then remembered me when I gave my name and said this happens all the time. If she remembers me then she is the person who I spoke Friday when it did not arrive on time. Beyond belief and a total shambles.
