Wendy's is much better than McDonald's and Burger King. The Burgers ? are delicious and the ? fries are really quiet good. I would recommend it.

My first visit to Wendy's.. ever! Even though we had driven 45 minutes to be here, I'd say it was worth it. The fries were nice, burger pattys were good, frostys were the best thing there - along with the unlimited refills!
Service was very quick, restaurant was clean, toilets were clean, plenty of parking. Nice staff as well.
Overall, if you're near a Wendy's to any degree, definitely try it!

Really happy to have Wendy?s available in Derby. Quality is close to and better than Burger King but prices more like McDonalds. It does however vary on what you order. Baconator is disappointing and tastes entirely of ketchup, but Dave?s burgers, chicken nuggets both excellent. The value of the biggie deals are fantastic. The small are burgers are very good and worthwhile unlike McDonalds where a single cheeseburger is almost just bread. However I am slightly annoyed about the service. There is no visible dog sign on the door so I haven?t brought the dog in not knowing one way or the other. The Dunkin? donuts and Starbucks next door make it clear if dogs allowed on the door (no and yes respectively) Today I thought I?d ask, expecting it to be a no, but might as well check. I was told, when the server confirmed with another member of staff, that yep that?s absolutely fine to bring the dog in. 10 mins later someone more senior came over to tell me off for bringing the dog in. Suddenly my cheeky morning happy snack became a negative experience and I don?t want to go back. I?d say enjoy this place while you can as it?s always completely empty. I don?t think it?ll stay around long.

Michael and Harpreet always deliver fantastic service, as a breakfast regular they go the extra mile to stir in 2 sugars in my coffee and are always friendly, jovial early mornings which makes for a great start to the day. Food is lovely with lighly spiced potato wedges and toasted croissants a change from the muffin. Clean toilet facilities as well as clean in the restaurant when dining inside, free parking and WiFi for 3 hours when you need to take a meeting, too.
Parking: Parkingeye managed car park with 3 hours max stay whilst on site. 6 Instavolt EV chargers available too
Wheelchair accessibility: Double doors, dropped kerb, disabled floodlit parking and disabled toilet.

Firstly the food is well made. That's all I have to say about it positively. Wendys is so uninspiringly bland it begs the question, how has it ever made a name in the fast food world?. There is nothing interesting on the menu. This is a menu for people with the most boring pallets on the planet. I'm genuinely confused about how this business has any sort of clientele when you'd be far better off going to five guys for an interesting burger, or popeyes if you want a chicken based menu. If you want to go cheaper-miss wendys and stick to McDonald's. If wendys had anything remotely trademark like a big mac sauce it might be worth venturing. But it doesn't. So don't.

1st time visit to Wendy's (in the UK ) have eaten at Wendy's in USA and loved it!
Was not disappointed. Used the self order screen with ease.
The restaurant area, although quite small with little seating, was clean and clearly well maintained. My son used the toilets and found them to be clean, stating that they were the cleanest he used in a while!!
Food was served hot, clearly made fresh. There was a little confusion over which burger was which as we had all ordered something different in each burger.
The burgers were tasty, definitely not dry with lots of toppings.
The cheesey fries didn't look amazing but tasted very nice. My only criticism would be that they needed more grated cheese over the top.
My wife and children ordered a frosty each. Everyone loved them. Perfect after eating a burger and fries.
Overall, extremely happy with everything.
Will definitely return.
