When grandma was diagnosed with Dementia, we were distraught. We didn't have the first idea of what to expect and what care grandma would need. What we did know was that she would need help and support around the house so that she could remain living at home for as long as possible, and that she would be frightened and lost sometimes when her memory let her down. Wellbeing's team of carers were amazing. From the very first visit our minds were put at ease and we knew that grandma was going to get the best care. Not only did they look after her day-to-day needs like washing, dressing, eating and cleaning, they looked after her mental wellbeing too with trips to the shops, out for lunch and to meet her friend. As grandma's care became more prescriptive, Wellbeing met every challenge with support and love. And what makes Wellbeing extra special is their openness, honesty and communication. They kept us in the loop after every visit. Amazing service, thank you.
