Extremely poor customer service and very rude staff!

I was having trouble setting up my wi fi. I called customer services and got through to Enimesh who was so helpful and patient. Talked me through all the steps and waited on the line with me whilst everything was setting up. 10/10 customer care and now the broadband is working perfectly!

Beth was very helpful when I needed to start a new contract. Didn?t push me to purchase another phone and gave me all of the options. Well done Beth, you are a special member of staff. I wish you every success with your future career.

The staff were more interested in.playing on their phones and quite happily bad mouthed other customers in front of me. The answer to my problem was to blame it another member of staff, nothing like a nice bit of team spirit. How unprofessional and rude!

Very rude staff. Not a pleasant experience. I went to this place around 5:30 pm they won?t let me in because they closing at 6:00. EE they also working same pattern they let me to get a new sim at very closing point. Never suggest this place to anyone. I requested them to check my order they denied to listen me

Putting one star as I cannot put 0 stars, I have multiple contracts with Vodafone and I was thinking of upgrading.
My disabled wife and I went in and this black sales assistant was on his phone, we called out excuse me about 5 times he finally came over to us, after coming off his phone.
We explained we wanted to upgrade one of my contracts, and all the while we were discussing the details, he was still on the phone.
So we just got up, and walked out. It was the height of rudeness, and we felt insulted, he wasn't interested at all, so as soon as my contracts have ended I will be leaving Vodafone and I recommend anyone else to avoid going to the Vodafone store in the Derbion centre cos you will be ignored.

Manny at Vodafone Derbion did such a great job porting my mother-in-law over to Voxi that my sister-in-law wanted to port too. So we came and saw Manny again to help with this. On both occasions he has been such a great help, patiently sorting out the accounts and explaining in detail what the package is about. It is often customer service like this that makes an existing customer stay rather than port to another network.

Came to Derby after bad experience in Nottingham. Seamless and smooth from start to end. anjum and honey were both amazing. Ignore other bad reviews these guys are spot on

The girl was very friendly and professional
