The team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I sent Tim the measurements of our porch and he put together a very detailed and to scale diagram of what the tiles would look like. This really helped to bring it to life so we went ahead with the purchase and the ordering/delivery process were seamless. Tim also provided very detailed instructions of how to lay the tiles which we will pass on to our tilers. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for high quality, period style tiles.

This is the second time I have ordered from victorian floors online and the service has been superb on both occasions. I literally sent my measurements and a design was forwarded to me within days. All my questions were answered with great professionalism. The tiles arrived quickly and all intact. Amazing service and I will definitely use this service again in the future.

We recently had our porch way re- tiled using Victorian tiles from Alternative Tiles - Derby. The service offered by Tim and the team @ Alternative was excellent, very professional and efficient. The tiler we used who was one recommended by Alternative did a superb job , very conscientious and exact - a true tradesman. I would not hesitate to recommend Alternative - quality shines through!

Would highly recommend Victorian floors . Sent in my sizes and Tim worked out an awesome design .I am laying the floor myself so to be able to send in the sizes and have Tim work out exactly what's needed takes a massive amount of stress and guess work out the whole process , as well as giving advice on what else is needed ,like bases etc.Like Tim's idea of 'this could take a while to work out' . Two days ?. .?

Returned to Alternative Tiles having previously been very pleased with floor tiles for a Kitchen Extension. After describing the room use and the look we were trying to achieved a few alternative suitable samples were viewed in the showroom and insitu for comparison. The tiles chosen and laid are better than expected. Superb service and advice from all the staff.

Dealt with Ryan at Victorian Floors and his service was excellent!! He spent time communicating and redesigning a pattern for our vestibule.Pleasure to deal with and tiles came within 7 days....not been paid yet as waiting in a tiler!!
