I am disappointed because the company did not come out and measure the room size for me like the other firms do. My brother didn't give them the full measurements so a small section in the corridor got missed ??.

I have used Derby United Carpets for years for my rental properties but this time in particular I appreciated the service more as it was for my personal home. Asghar provided recommendations for the carpet i was looking for a good quality, long lasting carpet with low maintenance. He was very helpful and provided the best competitive price. When the fitters arrived they were very professional and clean-made no mess and completed the job very quickly. I would definitely continue to use United and recommend.

Joe & the boss at United Carpets has been very helpfull to me on my purchase of carpets for my bedrooms + landing & stairs.With Joe's help I decided to buy Lancaster Delux - Witch Hazel carpet with Elite Underlay. The Fitters were also very good. Overall I was very pleased & would recommend United Carpets to all for their carpet needs.

I went into United Carpets in Derby, and the store manager Joe helped me with my order. He was very polite and offered me some professional advice on my carpet choice and doorbars. The price was good and it didn't take long to put the order through. I felt Joe went above and beyond with his customer service, and I will definitely be a returning customer

We arrived at the store to be met by Joe. His advice was professional, very helpful and he did not try to influence us into buying something we did not want or need.We chose our carpet and agreed on a fitting date.The fitters arrived on the day booked butunfortunately MY measurements of the room were incorrect, so the carpet did not fit. This was entirely MY fault and nothing to do with the store.We re-visited the store and met the owner, Asghar. He too was very professional. He gave us reassurance and confidence that although it was a problem, there was a solution and he went above and beyond to ensure that a correct sized carpet was fitted and our dilemma was solved.Thank you again to Joe and Asghar and all at United Carpets.The fitters have since measured up our stairs and landing, as in the near future, we will be replacing those carpets and I have no hesitation in returning to and recommending United Carpets, Derby.

Be careful when you get them to install your carpet. Carpet had a hole that they tried to fill in in spray glue and when we questioned them about it they said it was us with the door and tried to cover it up ourselves. But no was just cheap carpet and cowboy fitters
