Absolutely Appalling !!! Parcel collection booked on 25/06/15 for pick up on 29/06/15. Waited in all day. No response to my emails. Then, on 30/06/15 I received 14 text notifications of an 11.50 - 12.50 pick up. It is now 13.50 and I have another wasted day. Having to drive all the way to Derby to deliver it myself. WILL NEVER EVER USE AGAIN !

If only i could award 0 stars, on two occasions now i have ordered something from companies that use UKmail to deliver both these occasions I haven't received the next day delivery on the next day, or even the day after that! avoid if you actually want your parcel to be delivered in anything less than a week

The worst courier eveeeeeer!! It took so long for a next day delivery!! completely dissatisfied! they told me they will deliver on saturday for me becuz they had delay the previous day. then on saturday they said it hasn't gone through the system. and the driver couldn't find my address. childish excuseeee!!!so they gonna deliver on monday. or I can collect it from depot. well what's the post for then???? how come this gonna be a next day delivery?? they don't even care about the customers. and when I said I'm going on holiday on monday. they had no response for me. I would give them -100 if I could.

unable to deliver anything on time, now delayed by 52 hours. £500 business order, costing us £60 for every hour its delayed.no managers working in call centre, unable to speak to depot or driver, total shower of a company.

driver failed to collect thursday 9th april, waited in all day. Tried the tracking number and it said collected at 16:42 which is wrong, i have tried the tracking today and now it dosn't work. my customer now is very unhappy. Also they are difficult to get through by phone.

No one picks up the phone. I tried to arrange to pick up my parcel from their depot, using their website. I then received a text saying it would be delivered the next day, when I'll be at work. Abysmal

An absolutely abysmal service throughout. How this company survives is beyond me. Avoid at all costs. When ordering a product in future I shall check to see if this incompetent lot will be delivering that's for sure and either request they deliver by another provider or I shall purchase the item from elsewhere.

Ordered my new phone on Saturday evening, was told it would arrive between 12:45 and 1:45pm on Monday and it arrived at 1:30pm. No problems whatsoever.

They are a complete shambles - I have to use them through work and I phone to trace lost or incorrectly routed items at least once a fortnight - in the two years I have been doing this nobody has ever called me back - ever !! - they are nice as pie and very apologetic on the phone but clearly don't give a monkeys

....Still waiting for my parcel, still waiting for them to answer their phone. I'm starting to wonder if they even exist!I reported an issue through their website and received an email later that day saying they'd marked it as resolved.... which seems strange because I don't appear to have my parcel yet.That might be how this business resolves issues, but the majority of legitimate and functioning businesses actually fix issues and don't just ignore them. It seems as though they've only managed 2 positive reviews in the forty-something that have been posted so your chance of receiving a good service from this company is around the same odds that I have of using them again

I was waiting in all day for a delivery and was told they tried to deliver and yet no card was posted and despite someone literally sitting in the window 4 ft away from the door they said no-one was in. I'm now in the same position and I cant speak to anyone as despite me being told that my call is important to them, they have kept me on hold for 20 sodding minutes! The ONLY upside was that the person who came the next day with the delayed parcel was nice and professional and that's why there is 2 stars xx

DO NOT USE UK MAIL. I paid £5.99 for next day delivery only for them to lose my parcel and then tell me they attempted delivery when they didn't. Gave me an invalid parcel number so I couldn't track its whereabouts and see that they'd sent it to the complete wrong side of the country. I got redirected to 4 different phone numbers - all as rude and useless at each other until I was finally told the truth. Also provided absolutely no apology for the inconvenience or refund for the next-day delivery service which I did not receive.

16/6/15 left a card as they found no one in, the card did not indicate what they had done with the parcel and does not have a telephone or email on it.Went to web site and had to leave a message as the other alternatives did not suit. I asked them to deliver to my work address as my husband is looking after his sick mother and I work full time. left work address and telephone number and gave my work e-mail.I got 4 e-mails. none told me what they were doing, only that the 'problem' had been resolved.When I got home there was another card telling me they had missed me.Useless is how I would describe them.

Worst courier company in the world by far. We are a large car breakers and have an account with UK mail and from my experience they are awful. There customer service is rubbish, almost non existent. I dispatched a parcel last month and our customer still has not received it. Every time you call you MUST speak to the person that answers the phone, you cannot go back to the person you were originally dealing with and that's just pathetic as you have to tell them the story from scratch. They say they will call you back and never do. They lose your parcels and don't even tell you. DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE. IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. HORRIBLE.

Have been waiting 10 days now for a package to be collected and returned to the seller. I didn't choose to use UK Mail, it was the seller. I have been through all the emotions of being disappointed, angry, furious, I hate this company ... now I just feel empty. I have no feelings left to describe this company.I have phoned them every day. This is the WORST COMPANY I have ever encountered, I don't understand why anyone would use this company.I keep receiving texts that my package will be collected today from 11:00-12:00, now I just laugh. This company is a joke. I could have walked to Ireland and returned the package myself in the time is has just been sitting in reception.The wait goes on...
