The bank staff involved couldnt do enough for us. They were very professional, approachable and they all worked together as a very effective team. I cant thank the Bank Manager & staff enough, you are truely at the top of your game and i can personally recommend your branch to any potential customers.

Always understaffed in Derby Branch, expect to queue for ages, telephone enquiries cut off by automated message. For our 95 year old relative and ourselves its a nightmare.

Called in Yesterday just on the off chance that I could sort out account queries. Fantastic service from both the lady on the front desk and Azair Aziz. They were both extremely helpful and sorted our questions efficiently.

Been reported to the financial obudsman regarding to the so called bank manager of Jenny Newton. Avoid at all cost to go into this branch shockingly disgusting service! I?ll see what action they?ll take regarding to this.Proper actions have to be taken in this branch from the headquarters. I personally don?t want to feed this behaviour. I?m waiting to see what action they?ll be taken to this lady. I?m wishing you best of luck for your future
