“Love the Warhammer video games and lore so wanted to look at the miniatures and visited the derby branch. didn't know you could learn to paint at the shop for free and even got to keep my first infernus marine. I'm now just finished up with an infernus squad starter kit and I'm happy with the skills you lads gave me to paint my own miniatures. I bought more items today and got a pack of heavy intercessors to go with my ultra marines and lots of extra paints. I'll soon have plenty of bits to put on display proudly at home. Can't recommend the shop enough!”

“Visited Derby yesterday with my granddaughter to spend her Xmas money. She wanted to buy her baby brother a build a bear.The whole process was new to me but a lovely experience, staff were so friendly and engaging.Unfortunately the new born " Albie " had a slight accident (salted caramel milkshake fell into his bag) !!We returned to the shop to see if we could get a new carrier bag as it was a present. Claire ( I think ) was absolutely brilliant, went above and beyond, we left with a new bag, certificate and one happy granddaughter. Thank you ?”

“I went into the store to make a home delivery order, the process was very easy. Paid for the item and then store provided me with the date of delivery, the lady in store informed me because my item was under £40 that I had to pay their delivery fee which was around £3-£4.There is plenty of choice in the store to choose from.I will return to The Entertainer for future purchases.”

“I had a long standing issue with a Electric scooter brought for my son for Xmas 2022 which was sparking from the charging point. After being fobbed off by a member of staff I called and spoke to Matt who was the duty manager he immediately resolved the problem issued us a gift card and also gave my son a small gift for the inconvenience.
