I've had bought recently that costed around £945.13. The tiles I have received was in wet damaged cardboard, which was prone to making the tiles slip out of the boxes. My son hurt his back, because of having to extra care, also thinking about having legal advice. I wasn't happy, when I received it. I did call the Tiles giant at the time make complaint. I could have return back, get replaced. I used most of it, and five boxes were left over. I went back to store to return. The store hasn't return, because of damaged boxes. I am extremely unhappy.

Recently visited Tile Giant ( Derby), having visited several other tile shops .Tile choices / colours / styles overloading my brain !!!The layout of tiles , pictures of tiles in a bathroom settings and lighting really helped us visualise the tiles.James D was really helpful and listened intently to our frustrations and confusion.His warm personality and expertise put us both at ease and allowed us to make an informed decision.Thanks for your assistanceGenie Hayer

A recent visit to Tile Giant in Derby, I was greeted by a friendly member of staff called Paul. He was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to assist me. If you don?t think sales people make a difference, think again. It makes all the difference.

After trying several other tile stores we finally came across the gem that is tile giant. Fantastic tiles at very reasonable prices with marvellous customer service as well. Paul was very helpful and understanding when it came to swapping some trim. I highly recommend Tile Giant for all your tile needs.

Brilliantly helpful.I've shopped here several times and every time the staff have been incredibly helpful.They are not necessarily the cheapest place for tiles but I'd happily pay the little extra for the level of service you don't get anywhere else.Highly recommended

Great range of tiles, adhesive & grout. I've shopped both online and in store with Tile Giant, both quick and easy experiences.The staff are really friendly & knowledgeable. They gave great advice on ideas I never even considered.Most definitely recommend coming in, taking a look around at their displays.

Served by Paul on two occasions. Once to find the tiles we wanted, where he was very helpful and informative. We ordered online due to a bigger discount and collected. Paul went out of his way to stay past closing to make sure we had our tiles and was always welcoming and helpful and is a real asset to the company. Great customer service from Paul.Just to note that if you buy online to collect, you don't get a confirmation email that they are ready, they will call you.

I have never left a review before - but these guys have been exceptional. I have dealt with three different staff members and independently each was excellent. Friendly, practical, helpful and realistic - the culture in this branch is just great. Range of products is good, with keen prices but the service - just really very good. Thankyou. Will be back.

This was the first time I've ever been to Tile Giant. I went after looking in a couple of other stores and not finding what I wanted. TG has an excellent range of tiles and equipment- everything you could possibly need. I bought my tiles and trim within minutes and got them at a good price. I was served by Paul B who was really helpful and extremely friendly and transported my order into my car. I couldn't ask for any improvements. In the future, TG will be my first stop.
