In these days of mediocre customer care how pleased we were to meet Fyza. She coped remarkably well with a pair of slightly crazy boat dwellers and was an example of customer care as it should be.
The atmosphere in the shop generally was one of good light hearted banter and the inter staff relationships were a pleasure to watch. It genuinely seemed everyone cared about customers, the store and each other.
A credit to the manager for making that happen.

They are the worst about refunds they clearly messed up twice and then had the audacity to compensate me with £10 credit when I kept calling about the refund for me paying twice 1) via debit card early and then via direct debit as they kept saying it was rejected I mean come on this was on the phone I mean I even spoke to the manager and he said the same thing it would take 7 days this is the third time I?ve not been happy about chasing about my refund

Store Review: Three, Derbion Mall, UK
I recently visited the Three store in Derbion Mall to sign up for a broadband connection and a new SIM card. Unfortunately, the network performance at my address was very poor, and I was told by the staff at the time of purchase that I could cancel within 30 days if the network didn?t work well.
Two day after joining, I returned to the store to cancel as advised. To my disappointment, the store manager, Leon, was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. He outright refused to cancel the plan and told me I must continue to pay for the service, regardless of whether I used it or not. He defended his staff and claimed they would never provide the cancellation information I was given ? essentially suggesting I was lying. His tone was rude, unhelpful, and even borderline threatening, making the entire experience very stressful.
Thankfully, another staff member eventually stepped in and helped cancel the plan, showing much better customer service. However, Leon continued to argue unnecessarily and did nothing to assist.
This experience left me very disappointed, not with the Three network (which simply didn?t suit my area), but with the way the situation was handled by management. Clear communication and professional behaviour should be a basic expectation, especially when customers are following policy.
I hope Three takes this feedback seriously and provides proper customer service training at this location ? particularly to the management.

Amazing service from the staff over at Three! Special thanks to Varun for his help with our family friend whilst she was deciding what phone to get, and thoroughly talking her through the process. Your patience was greatly appreciated - I know we took a while to sort hahaha but she was very happy in the end with the phone she purchased. Thank You!

What a pleasure it was to be taken care of at a three store in Derby by Anna, she was super knowledgeable polite and overall the best experience I have had upgrading my phone, this is the first time visiting this store and I have to say it will be the one I go to in future, all the staff actually seemed to enjoy their jobs and thier team members the vibe in there was just epic!

Well what can I say about Mitch three you are lucky to have him, my wife and I both had new phones and he transferred all our stuff over on both phones .we are both in our sixties and not tech savvy ,he was patient ,kind and a true gentleman,you need to keep hold of this guy , top service
