Came in for a spray tan. I was dealt with by a blonde female who was less than helpful. I felt like an inconvenience and wasn't made to feel welcome. I hadn't ever had a spray tan before. I prepped as per the instructions on the website but she wasn't helpful when it came to choosing what shade. Another lady who worked there but was finished for the day helped me more than this woman did. She muttered something to another member of staff which sounded something along the lines of she couldn't be bothered with showing me what to do. Anyway I won't be returning due to the fab customer service. Can't comment on the spray tan- the machine was easy enough to use though

It's OK. The biggest downside during summer is FLIES, LOADS OF FLIES getting inside your sunbed whilst you sunbathe. Horrid.

This salon it?s big joke!I tried to get 20 minutes session in the lady said I can get only 10 minutes because I am not used that couple of months it?s absolutely joke! She said if I come couple of times I can build my session time it?s biggest joke in my life!I pay that I want to choose my session time. I am just cancelled my account there and find different better salon.

Using sun beds is very new to me all the girls are lovely and very professional they helped me choose what I needed and recommended the tanning accelerator cream wouldn?t go anywhere else website is easy to book all your appointments fantastic price

Booked an appointment for 9am Sunday - turn up and the shop is closed! Several other customers just stood outside waiting and no one turns up. Super disappointed as it?s a 25 minute drive for me to get here!Service: Tanning
