Always I like the Smalley Dr in Oakwood because the cashiers and staff they are very polite and friendly today about 4 pm the male staff he left for few seconds and I have the chance to choose some items he was very abrupt open the door pretended he didn't see me ,I told to him please let me get my stuff and then he carries on .Really it wasn't necessary that attitude,I tried to understand maybe he have a bad day, but he is ruining my day as well?

My favourite place to shop when I am visiting my girl in Derby. Sunday late hours are really convenient and staff working there is always really friendly and helpful

Fine until today... got given an old pound coin in change. I didnâ??t initially realise but was back there within two minutes. The assistant remembered me but tried to make out she hadnâ??t given it me!
She reluctantly swapped it but didnâ??t believe me. Her mistake, not mine, but accept responsibility! Donâ??t try and call an honest customer a liar or treat them as though theyâ??re stupid.
My mistake was not immediately realising. Hers was (presumably) accepting it without realising, and then giving it out again. All of that I can forgive, but donâ??t then try and make the customer youâ??ve given it to out to be a liar!
