Went to Tesco Mickleover today and was not sho ked by their total lack of produce, but today really took the biscuit when we discovered they had absolutely no carrots in store. REALLY. When I asked one of the staff about it he just said ' Yea we haven't had any delivered' This along with the every day occurance of this store always having something out of stock. This is the worst so called Supermarket I have ever used.

At the self-checkout when a staff member walks up behind me and starts singing emo songs in a sarcastic tone. Laughs when I leave. I guess for having long hair? Literal bullying/harassement. Josh you shouldn't be working with the public if you're going to insult them for minding their own business. He should be fired.

Amazing shop! I love how the first aisle is just stuff. You can get everything from here. The new scan n go system is amazing! Defo recommend.

I visited this store today and 2 items out of stock! It was very cold in there, got to the checkout and the poor woman on self scan had a quilted coat and boots on, she looked sad and freezing. Asked her about the heating and she said it?s been broke for months. C?mon Tesco management get off your backsides out your warm offices and do something about it! I won?t be returning!!

28 Nov 2024 The store is freezing cold, so much so that I could not feel my fingers to unload my trolley and pack, the store assistants were all wearing coats and gloves in an effort to keep warm, how they are managing I don't know. I felt so sorry for the staff who were visibly cold. Didn't want to stop and linger as I would usually do, it was actually warmer outside today.

It's ok here. The trolleys are absolutely horrific because they clang and shudder and bang when pushed.

Top caring service from Nathan and Paul tonight at the store - really above and beyond helping me to find medical supplies I needed for my partner's injury... we found out it would be a 12 hour wait at the royal derby, and when I asked Nathan where certain things were, he really did go way beyond a standard stock check. Thank you much gratitude and fantastic ambassadors for your business!
