Andrew one of the resident pharmacists at Tesco Mickleover pharmacy, went above and beyond in offering invaluable advice. I would highly recommend using this pharmacy, Andrew is knowledgeable, patient and very considerate,he is an asset to the the pharmacy. Thanks Andrew and keep up the excellent work.

Went to collect prescription not able to. Went in a second time and rang first they said they were dispensing. Arrived informed prescription hadn't been checked by the pharmacist. Although I was asked to collect day before as it was ready. Then to add insult to injury was told pharmacist was having a dinner hour and to feel some empathy for him. Two trips and I have no medication and I didn't get a dinner hour. A little customer service is what's needed I feel.

Great pharmacy. Open across a wide range of hours. Very rarely have to wait long. Always helpful. Handy if you want to pick up something in store. Will text you to let you know your prescription is ready if you set this up with them.

Unhelpful, told me to see my GP.Ended up going to Boots, where the pharmacist confirmed a doctor wouldn't be able to help, provided me with some behind-the-counter medicine which has now resolved the problem.

Bought a pack of vegetables ready to be cooked, assuming I won't have to clean and wash them. However I wasn't happy to look at them as they were dirty and poor quality.

Bit disappointing, refused to take the prescription 15 mins prior to closing. Perhaps the closing time should be 7.30pm (not 8pm) to take this sort of scenario into account.
