Never go in there again went in with friend who wanted body spray she was being served and put money on counter I said use my card as she hasn?t gott loyalty card as there was a £3 difference the blond woman said think she might av been manager said I can?t do it she as put money on counter so I picked the money up and said I will get it and she wouldn?t let me pay for it we walked out went to boots and got it for same price has Superdrug without having to use loyalty card

I was helped by a lovely lady called Liv today. She advised me on a lovely shimmer body oil. There were none available on the shop floor so she nipped into the back to have a look and came out with one. Nothing was too much trouble. The lady on the till who I am assuming was the manager was also super lovely. Not very often shop assistants go into the back to have a look for products, Liv when above and beyond. Thank you x

My first and last time at superdrug. Having only had the pleasure of shopping at Boots, I was expecting the same excellent service. Staff are so unfriendly and irrate that you are in the store. Could clearly see and feel the discriminatory behaviour. After my purchase I stopped over at Boots and was welcomed with a smile and helped by many wonderful, friendly and happy staff members. Catch a wake up Superdrug!
