Came in at lunch time...needed far more staff on as took an age...I was never asked if wanted it toasted but he did it anyway...so had to be redone...I wasn't keeping an eye on them and when I got to eat it I got plain bread not the Italian herb and cheese I had originally ordered so disappointed...

Out of all the subways in derby this has to be my personal favourite the two guys that served myself and my partner absolutely lovely people manners top notch ? the food is really nice too there is not one single thing to complain about at this subway I really hope the two guys that served us today get some kind of bonus or raise. So sorry I couldn't remember there names but both brunettes one had long in a pony tail other one had short but both of them were amazing definitely my go to now ????

I enjoy going to subway once in a while. I visited this store yesterday and I was disappointed with the hygiene standard. The store in itself is very run down. The lady serving me asked me if she needed to change her gloves as my order was vegetarian and whilst changing her gloves she decided to wipe her snotty nose with her bare hands and then put the gloves on. I than looked at the Salad options and the salad looked like it had been sitting there for a few days. The mental containers looked they have never been washed and mould was growing on some. I was so embarrassed for the woman I didn?t say anything but could not eat what she made. I wasted my money in there and worse is that it?s put me off going into another subway.

A little old lady asked to use the toilet whilst I stood waiting to be served. The person behind the counter ignored the lady. I then intervened and asked if the lady could use the toilet she seemed desperate. The response was the toilets are closed here they have already been cleaned so you can't use them, although I'm pretty sure you wait until the establishment closes before you close your toilets, and was told just go over the road to MacDonald. Outrageous so we did!!!
