Absolutely shocking place.
Firstly the silly self serve machines, they are very limited in what you can choose, it has taken away the option to have what salad you want.
The machines did not know what the stock levels were. Whilst I was there (for no more than 20mins) a lady ordered Dr Pepper, got their order and told there is no Dr Pepper. Then a guy bought he?s boy a kids meal that has a fruit winder with it, they didn?t even give it to him, and when the staff were questioned, they didn?t even know what he was talking about. They then told him they don?t have them, a put up and shut up situation. Absolutely disgusting.
There was food all over the floor, no cleaning in site.
Subway?. I hope this is an isolated issue.

Young lad with glasses served me, asked what salad I wanted asked for lettuce and cucumber I had half a slither of lettuce put on 1 and a half slices of cucumber, don?t know if he was clueless or just new but in my 8 years of having subway was 100% the worst sandwich I?ve had and will defo be back to the allestree branch, lettuce was brown an all

The order machines make the service slower not faster. They also restrict your options. I was forced to pay for a bag which I didn't want, then had to ask for it seeing as I've been forced to pay for it. No option to get my money refunded for a bag I didn't need. Not all the drinks options are available on the menu, but there are cookie options available that they don't sell. Get ride of the terminals and go back to the human method. It's faster and a much better customer experience.

A breakfast sub was ordered, when delivered it wasn't at all anything as it should be. A call was made to the store where we were told it wasn't anything to do with them and to take it up with uber!!! Absolutely appalling

Always used to love a subway but since the new way to order has gone downhill. A ham salad where the salad was absent. Teriyaki chicken on Italian cheese bread came as whole meal bread, foot long and not cut in half. The second teriyaki chicken had some salad but was very sparse.
Think the new version of ordering has made the team less focused on customer service.

Apparently common sense can't be taught. This is the second time I have ordered a salad box to be delivered at work and it has been sent without cutlery. This is Ridiculous.

Quite good and filling. Took the 50% offer and added extra chicken. I don't think it's worth it without the offer. The options on the app seem limited too unfortunately.

Piss poor experience having to use the machines instead of just ordering at the counter. Ridiculous and doesn't cut queue time at all.
