Very welcoming and kind.
Amazing customer service & very sanitary with how they make the sandwiches. They?re also respectful and pay good attention to detail. My favourite subway to go to tbh.
Reanna is also excellent with customers and myself, such a sweet vibe in there.

Ordered a chicken tikka sub through Uber eats. The food was okay, but I got the complete wrong bread, hardly any cheese and plain chicken with 0 flavour. Not what I ordered. How hard is it to read an order from a screen and give the customer the correct order?

Me and my other half came in quickly to change our little boy who had unfortunately had an accident. When we entered we heard one of the staff members I didn?t get her name but was maybe late twenties making comments about us and then decided to walk round the back of the store and remain there until we left. I think personally this is very unprofessional, disgusting and a poor show of customer service.
The only good point is the other member of staff who was on a younger lady in her late teens who was on, cleaned the toilet for me before I used it.

Wouldn?t recommend ordering a subway for delivery as my sandwich looked and tasted appealing unlike how it does when buying in store face to face and you can see it being made!
Far too much mayo was added so it was coming out the sides and all on the paper,
the cheese wasn?t toasted (the best part!) so had a cold sandwich which drastically changes the overall taste and experience of the sandwich
No pickles or cucumbers were added as requested, overall seemed like a very rushed job which is sad because I?d been looking forward to this all week :(

This isn?t a complaint directed at the store it is directed at the franchise itself, how is one single triangle of cheese in a sandwich in anyway acceptable for a kids meal , I had to get extra cheese

Went to the food court in Derbion... the service was abysmal. I got off the new menu a philly steak sub and a great goddess salad. Nothing was great about either. The sub was fully of grease which dripped all over the table and the salad was dire. I was told I had to have everything listed but explained I'm allergic to tomatoes so they left them out but I literally had to ask for everything else to be added was asked why do you want that and I said because it's part of the meal. The 1st guy shouted because I asked for a hearty italian and cheese bread and he shouted that I couldn't have it as its not on the menu. "Why bloody ask which bread then"???? Worse experience ever. Totally avoid this one folks!!

Strategic location, kind of town centre, with accessible entrance, SP wheelchair friendly. Excellent customer service with Subway signature menu.ine was vegetarian and it was delicious.
