Either open when you are advertised your open, or change the time to Open whenever we feel like it. This is the 3rd time I've waited outside for you to open at 8.30 and the 3rd time I've had to leave as you didn't open at 8.30.

I have been a loyal customer of Stenson Road Pharmacy for over a decade, and I'm writing to share my positive experience. Throughout these years, I have consistently received exceptional customer service, characterised by both friendliness and efficiency. The staff at this pharmacy have always gone above and beyond to ensure that my needs are met, making each visit a pleasant and reassuring experience.However, it's important to mention that recently, I've encountered a small hiccup in their usually flawless service. On two separate occasions, there have been items missing from my prescription. This required me to make additional calls to rectify the issue. While this has been a minor inconvenience, it's worth noting given the pharmacy's otherwise stellar track record.Despite these recent issues, my trust in Stenson Road Pharmacy remains strong. Their quick response and resolution to my concerns only reaffirm my belief in their commitment to outstanding customer care.

This has to be one of the best pharmacy?s in Derby The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. In addition they can send you a text when your medication is ready to collect so no waiting to see if things are in stock.

Amazing service! My family have used the pharmacy service for many years and I have found the team here extremely customer oriented.
