Obviously I'm not going to have many bad things to say.... its coffee after all.... my friend and I are both moms to ADHD kids so the caffeine is loved no matter what! However, the staff here were fab, the establishment was super clean and tidy, well maintained. We didn't use the facilities but in the past they've been clean and tidy. The lovely lad making the drinks could do with speaking up a lot more when calling out the orders, and just double checking the lables, almost missed out on my caramel drizzle... and anyone thats had it knows its not to be missed ? but appart from that couldn't really fault our visit.Parking: The carpark is an odd shape but the parking isn't a problem if people consider others. Plenty of bays to park in.

Hello last week Friday I visited your little Eaton shop for a coffee with my dad and my miniature dachshund. As we drove in we noticed there was outside tables which we thought with the dog we would sit at. The front door didn?t have anything on it in your face to say no dogs allowed so I picked my dog up and proceeded to carry him in (well behaved small and quiet) my dad said he would grab the coffee and meet me out back. Before I could even walk to the back door a woman behind the till shouts across the room NO DOGS, you can?t be in here! And to say I was embarrassed was an understatement, the whole que and people sat down all looked at me and I replied im carrying him through to go out the back, which she shouted no you?ll have to go round the side. Embarrassed I left the store and went to walk round, no idea other than going onto the grass and between the wall and the building to get to the back. I?m absolutely shocked the girl had no mannors and handled it totally wrong! When looking for this no dog sign I noticed it?s on the back door not the front and is right down at the bottom of the door so easy to miss. I also noticed on their websites it?s at the managers discretion not a NO DOGS, I?m still thinking about it a week on, the girl was so rude! Could have came over and spoke to me but instead shouted at me across the room. I take my dog out with me as he?s helps with my anxiety

Went to the toilet before ordering, and I'm very glad I did. They were hands down the most disgusting I've ever seen. There was poo splattered all over the inside and outside of the toilet, dried on and very old. Moisture and mildew along the edges of the room and dirt over every surface. Toilet paper strewn everywhere, not just a square or 2 dropped, but as if it's not been swept in weeks. The toilet brush (just lying on the floor) was beyond filthy, covered in very old feces and paper.There's only 3 single toilets and if they can't keep those clean, I hate to imagine what they do (and don't do) with their food and coffee machines.Safe to say we left without ordering, so can't comment on anything else.

I called in at the Little Eaton Starbucks for coffee. I had just been to the dentist and I needed a large cappuccino. It was expensive but well needed. I took the coffee to go so I didn't stay long. There is no drive through at Little Eaton.

The staff were rolling their eyes at the lady in front of me for not being familiar with this menu. Not everyone is!!!! Then my turn. My son asked if they military discount and the rather pathetic excuse of a manager came over and said you need proof of ID as well as military card?. Who carries all of their ID?s it?s an MOD card?. ?. I politely said don?t worry, we are happy to pay full price and left. Never again will me or my family enter that building, not because we need discount or are people who expect discount?. But because the uneducated inexperienced Baffoon that thought despite looking like he had slept in his uniform was entitled to bark arrogant demands at my very beautiful son. Concessions are taking over retail and the pay is not enough to get good people. Starbucks get some well you call it management who have social skills.

Little Eaton Starbucks derby. Rude staff. Cold tasteless Americano. Sour tasting coconut milk coffee. Spoon instead of a knife for fruit toast. Filthy surroundings and pots on most tables. Place wasn?t exactly heaving with customers. Won?t come here again.

The staff were really rude. Busy chatting to each other and ignoring customers. Got my order wrong and then had an attitude when they had to rectify it. The coconut latte I was served tasted awful. The coconut milk was off!! Won?t be coming here again!!

Very busy but staff coped well. Could do with a sign at bottom of stairs saying more seating upstairs as we went up there it was empty but it was rammed on ground floor. Lovely food and drinks will be back.

Who killed the soul of starbucks? This was my go to for breakfast as it?s on my work run. Recently it feels like everyone else says, it?s dire. And someone ought to care but they won?t. The training of the new staff leaves much to be desired, consistency is lacking and the quality of the coffee at the moment is terrible. Several times we?ve had hot milk instead of lattes but it?s easier to drink it than go back and be treated with contempt by sullen staff. Echoing others, it?s SLOW. You would think taking time and care would mean better coffee but it takes special people to take all the time in the world to not care about the end product. They only have one member is staff who really cares and he doesn?t work often. The store is falling apart and the stock levels are incredible. How a store runs out of clean bar towels and blue roll, cup sleeves, and napkins all on the same day is a mystery to me. One occasion there was nothing edible as the order had been ?forgotten?. Not sure how that happens but it did! However ALL of that pales into insignificance when the most disturbing things I?ve ever encountered there was the overtly offensive tattoo of a then manager. If you?ve ever seen it you will know. If you havent be think yourself lucky ( thankfully this person has moved on). But it sums up just how little value is placed on customer experience when people behave in the angry, nonchalant way they do in this store. If you don?t like your job I hear you, but I just want a decent coffee.

Staff ok, nothing special, don't know what I expect for £4.75 for a grande (middle size) mocha, but a smile wouldn't go amiss. Coffee not hot enough but they never are anywhere. Coffee tastes good, inside the place is clean what more could you ask for?

Staff won?t bother to make an effort. This premise used to be great in every aspect, the new team with horrible work attitude spoiled everything.
