Consistently good coffee, and excellent bacon rolls (flat white and bacon roll for £6.60 this morning). Definitely recommended.
Parking: Park at library or around local shops? all free and within a 2 minute walk.

Came to Spondon for a look around, to kill a bit of time, and was wondering where to stop off for a drink and a bite to eat. Ended up coming across the Sizzling Pig Café which, thankfully, wasn't too busy and so there were a number of tables and seats available. We opted for the comfy settee, looking out onto the street, so we were able to relax and enjoy, watching the world and people go by. The hot chocolate was perfect, along with the sausage and bacon cobs we ordered too. The cobs were super soft, the sausages well-cooked and the bacon thick and delicious. For the hot chocolate, two teas and two sausage and bacon cobs, it came to a little over £16, which is great value for money. I'd definitely recommend coming here, if you're looking for a place, to rest your feet for a while, people-watch, and enjoy a drink and a snack.
