“Walked into Timpsons in Mickleover and a kind gentleman helped me get the right shoelace for my shoes. I took some last week from here and the size was too long. This was my fault for giving wrong information about my shoes. Today got the right ones and the gentleman gave the new laces for free. Just goes to show a little goodwill gesture goes a long way. I will definitely recommend Timpsons in Mickleover. Service is great ?”
