Lady at this fuel court was so brilliant and got us on the right track, we are both disabled and she was lovely and thoughtful so THANKYOU so much, What a long evening I put petrol into our diesel car and had to wait nearly 3 hours for fuel doctor to come and sort, who I can say was also amazinggggggggggg thanks ?

At 00.20 hrs 2 days ago stopped for a coffee, only to be told "I cant serve you coffee because its classed as entertainment, and our licence don't cover it"
How true this is I have no idea, however it's the first Shell I've stopped at where this has happened, can anyone shed any light on this?
