A lovely, quiet and well-equipped little stopoff to recharge enroute to the Midlands. Tap & go payment made it quick and simple. Toilets on site were clean and well maintained. Waitrose shop meant I could grab something to eat and drink and take a proper break. At circa 50kW/hr, the car was charged in 30 mins. Some seats or benches would have been welcome but this place is now my default stop off

Been going here for 20+ years as it is in an extremely convenient location. The night guy is awesome, always happy and helpful and a lot of people I know say the same

Daytime staff very unprofessional. Plenty of other reviews echoing the same sentiment. Staff don?t care if there?s threatening hateful customers, they watch the abuse and have a laugh about it :)

unfortunately we can now park for only 20 minutes, after which we will be fined £100. this is not a smart move for this place, it will lose a lot of customers including me and my family will stop frequenting this place.

I've been a customer for 3 years, every month I spend 250 pounds between fuel and meal I always fill up my car and I like to buy coffee and a sandwich and I always do that inside the car parked at the station, but now is it allowed to stay only 20 minutes? after that I will be fined? Can this period be extended if I pay for the stay for a few more minutes? thanks

Be careful if filling Gerry cans here. On 2 sepearte times I?ve got home to find less than what the machine says it has dispensed. I normally fill a GC between 18-18.5L & then fill my car tank. Upon checking the GC I?d say it has between 13-15L inside. As I?d gone on to fill my car it was impossible to prove my point. So just double check what?s in your GC matches the pump before going on to put fuel in your car.

Went here this morning to pick up some lunch. Thought I'd get a meal deal. Was charged full price because the lady said the drink wasn't in the deal. Didn't even offer to check, just said it hadn't come up so wasn't in it. Walk passed the drink fridge says it is!
