Excellent customer service reps in this shoe shop in the Derbion. They were attentive, unbeat and went the extra distance with recommendations and advice on aftercare.
While I was being serviced by Skye, I could see the other staff similarly helping customers efficiently and cheerfully.
They were so nice my daughter commented that it's a shame you can't give a tip in a shoe shop! Thank you for the great experience Skye and team.

I went in on a quiet Monday lunch. Evie, Maisie and Skye were all pleasant, helpful and smiley. These days, that is getting rather rare. So. Give 'em all a pay rise, Mr & Mrs Boss. We do not want chat bots. Real, happy people, please!

Was an alright store, and had good variety of shoes, but felt intimidated by workers, who did not help at all, and just looked weirdly at me and my family.

Had the worst day shopping across Derby, trying to find work shoes for my daughter.
Store after store of people who didn't help, didn't care or had nothing which was suitable.
It was depressing.
We tried Schuh on our way out and just wow. The staff there were incredible and turned a rather rubbish day into such a good ending that I cannot over state enough just how nice they were.
Lauren and her co-worker went out of their way to help us find the perfect fit, offer suggestions, help get sizes and were just really kind and supportive to a rather exhausted and done with the day Mom and daughter.
Fabulous staff, great selection, wonderful store. Will def be shopping there again.

Sunday we went into derby store , it was crazy busy and hardly any staff , what staff there was wasn?t in clear zones just all over the place , I?ve worked in retail 15 years and I felt the manager should have said to staff one on children?s one on front and 2 in the middle this wasn?t the case , so many people waiting for shoes , the manager called my husband mate ! Which he replied I?m not your mate I am a customer , such poor customer service skills , it also looked the staff just rolled out of bed into work , scruffy appearances, awful , will be shopping online in future I will not return to a store where your called mate , she did say sorry because my husband told her it?s not what you call a customer spending lots of money , when dean was manager we had nothing but good service sadly he has moved on , please pass this on to the store

If anyone is waiting for a click and collect order , best to go in and ask them to look as mine had been delievred there but staff didnt believe it was there as I hadnt had a message to say it can be collected, wasnt until I asked them if they could check they realsied it had been delievred.

Shoe shop without a shoe horn

Bought some shoes online for my daughter for school, unfortunately they were too big so we returned to the Derby store. Not sure of the lady's name who served us but she was really helpful, brought out loads of shoes for her to try on. Unfortunately they don't do half sizes which she needed so we didn't end up exchanging but she also offered to measure our little boy's feet as well while we were in there. Excellent service and a credit to the store. The only thing I can remember about the lady was she looked like she was in her early 20s and was wearing crocs.

Had some absolutely cracking black friday deals on skechers shoes, they were on 50% discount on selected items, got an additional 10% student discount on top of the 50% sale.Very friendly customer service.Store is on the 1st floor of the mall.

Called today to look at buying my first pair of docs , i went straight to the display where 3 members of staff was standing talking about staff rotas .
I picked up 3 pairs at no point did any non busy staff ask me can i help you ?!!!!!

Of fortunately I had to return shoes due getting wet socks,I have never done return before. Everything went fine, is just when I was leaving, comment of the lady wasn't nice.. Please, don't bring this back.That was inappropriate
